Two couples are in bons temps rouler when Chef Emeril Lagasse rolls out the red carpet in New Orleans. The adventure begins Thursday with a Wine Dinner at Meril, Emeril’s new spot near Lafayette Square, and a menu to match the spectacular wines provided by AldenAlli, the winery created by Dan Kosta and the Lagasse family.

Boudin, Bourbon & Beer follows on Friday, a celebratory night out hosted by Emeril and his Krewe, an array of world-renowned chefs and winemakers. Sample boudin, drink Abita Beer and Buffalo Trace bourbon cocktails, enjoy cigar tastings from Nat Sherman.

Tie it on at Emeril Lagasse Foundation’s Carnivale du Vin on Saturday, with a reception featuring an honorary Bacchus winemaker and dishes prepared by acclaimed chefs. A five-course dinner will follow, prepared by Emeril and team. A headlining musical act will keep you dancing until midnight.
