At the end of the sixties, Véronique and Aimé Guibert restart a wine adventure in the footsteps of the monks of the Aniane abbey 13 centuries before. They are the first generation and creator of the current Mas de Daumas Gassac estate. Véronique Guibert de la Vaissiere is an ethnologist, specialist in myths and traditions in Celtic Ireland. Originally from Aveyron, Aimé Guibert comes from an old Millavoise family of glove and leatherworker.

Domain management and winemaking were passed on to the second generation of Samuel, Gael, Roman and Basil. They are today the guarantor of the values ​​of respect for "mother nature" and the primacy of the expression of the terroir, foundations of the estate's wines since its creation.
