Paula Kornell Sparkling Wine is about crafting wines that are stylish, sophisticated, and engaging, and – importantly for Paula – food-friendly. Designed to be enjoyed with friends and family in any moment of celebration. Paula along with winemaker Robin Akhurst use the traditional method aka Méthode Champenoise to make Paula Kornell Sparkling Wines. The most important facet of the traditional method is that the transformation from a still to a sparkling wine occurs entirely inside the bottle. This delicious wine is made using Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from the historic Mitsuko’s Vineyard in Carneros.
